Technique Oriented Classes
The technique, or process oriented class, allows the student to focus on in-depth learning and experimenting with a specific process without the goal (and sometimes inhibition) of having to design and finish a piece of jewelry by the time the class is over. Students taking this type of class will gain a thorough understanding of the technique(s) taught and leave class with numerous experiments that will provide future technical reference and may be suitable for setting in jewelry Students will also have learned how to "question" the technique to push the possibilities further when working in their own studios.
